Acupuncture

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a gentle and time-tested therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves the insertion of very fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body that help regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Acupuncture helps to restore internal balance and promotes both physical and emotional well-being.
