3-Week Virtual Nutrition & Wellness Coaching
This 3-week virtual group coaching program is designed to help participants improve their nutrition and overall well-being by combining scientifically-backed nutrition strategies. Led by a Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Nutrition Coach, participants will learn how to nourish their bodies for energy, recovery, and optimal health while receiving guidance on ways to optimize sleep, hormones, supplements, and a host of other topics. Throughout the program, participants will receive live and recorded calls, personalized support, and actionable tools to improve their nutrition, manage stress, reduce body fat, and achieve long-term wellness goals. Hi! I’m Ila and I’m so excited to launch this program that has been 14 years in the making. My partner and I have been offering one-on-one functional medicine sessions for the past decade but this can be cost prohibitive & overwhelming. I decided to complete a Certification to be a Nutrition Coach so I could reach more people.
It’s impossible to know whether a nutritionist you find is really knowledgeable and up-to-date on research but through working with me you’ll get both a Board-Certified Doctor AND a Nutrition Coach in your corner. This allows you to get special blood-work and pharmaceutical-grade supplements, if needed. It also means I completed a medical degree program and passed national and state boards for patient care.
Most recently, I’ve been hired by Kean University in New Jersey to be an Adjunct Professor in their Health and Human Performance Department teaching a course on what else: Wellness!
