New patients

What do I actually do first?

Start with a conversation where we listen, assess, explain what we see, and tell you honestly whether we think care here makes sense.

Doctor talking with a patient
The first visit

A conversation before a commitment.

We want you to know what is happening, why it matters, and what the next step would be before you are asked to make a bigger decision.

1. Tell the story

We ask about symptoms, history, goals, prior care, pregnancy or fertility context, and what has been missed.

2. Get specific

Your doctor examines what is relevant and explains what they are looking for in plain English.

3. Leave with a plan

If we can help, you will understand the recommended rhythm, timeline, and next step.

Timeline

Real care usually has a rhythm.

Some people come in with one acute issue. Many come in with a body that has been compensating for months or years. We will be honest about that. A meaningful plan may be a focused season, a pregnancy timeline, or a longer 6-12 month relationship.

The point is not to keep you forever. The point is to stop pretending that one visit can undo everything your body has been carrying.

Common questions

  • Do you take insurance? We will explain payment and insurance expectations before you commit to a care plan.
  • Can I just book? Yes. Sked handles booking for chiropractic and acupuncture visits.
  • What if I am not sure where I fit? Book your first visit. We will help route you.
“If you get your tires rotated more often than your nervous system gets regulated, we should talk.”

Not sure where to begin?

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Come tell us what's going on - the achiness, the rough nights, the thing a few doctors already brushed off. We'll be straight with you about whether we can help and what it would really take. No pressure, no hard sell. Just a plan that fits your life and a doctor who'll remember your name next time you walk in.
